The Casino reserves the right to deny any bonus in the event where a pending withdrawal is present on any of the Player's accounts.
  • Where a Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have made a valid deposit into your Cash Balance, you may not withdraw or attempt to withdraw any part of your deposit before the Bonus is paid into your Bonus Balance. Any attempt to do so may result in the Bonus in question as well as any winnings made using the Bonus being forfeited.
  • This Bonus is limited to one per person. If Players' open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for the Bonus on each account. The Bonus is only available once per Player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per e-mail address.
  • If you do not want any Bonus which has been deposited into your account by the Casino then you are entitled to request that the Bonus be reversed out of your Casino account, subject to no play-through having taken place on either the initial deposit or associated Bonus. You can do this by contacting Customer Support by way of email or live chat, where after the Bonus reversal will take place. If any play-through has taken place, then that Bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of withdrawal or a request to the support staff) until the play-through requirement associated with that Bonus has been met.
  • The Bonus amount is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of at least 50 times ("play-through requirement") before it can be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance. The play-through requirement imposed will vary at our sole discretion per game, promotion and/or region to region. For example, if you deposit 100 and receive a 100 credit bonus, the play-through requirement will be 50 x 100 = 5000. Any winnings attributed to the Cash portion of your balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to meeting all of these terms and conditions. Players who have a greater than 50x play-through requirement will need to meet their full wagering requirement before they are able to withdraw.   • For Players on the Percentage Tracking Mode Bonus System, the following play-through requirements will apply: In order to meet the wagering requirements, please see below the contributing percentages. The percentage of your bonus balance in relation to your cash balance will determine the wagering percentage. For example, a deposit of 100 credits will qualify you for a bonus of 100 credits resulting in a total of 200 credits in your casino account balance, 50% in the cash balance, and 50% in the bonus balance. Thus, until the wagering requirements are met, the money wagered on the games will come to 50% of your cash balance, and 50% of the bonus balance. Winnings accrued will be allocated in the same manner (50% to your bonus balance and 50% to your cash balance). NB! Any bet with your money before a bonus credit has been claimed will result in adjustment of the cash / bonuses ratio, since the proportions are calculated from the amount in your cash balance at the crediting of the Bonus. Players who have a greater than 50x play-through requirement may need to meet a minimum wagering requirement of 50x before they are able to withdraw.
  • Different games contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100% towards the play- through requirement. Play using the Gamble Feature will not count towards the Bonus System wagering contributions. Games played will contribute to the play-through requirements in the following percentages*:
    • 100% of wagers on All Slots and Parlor Games (Keno & Scratch Card Game)(Re-spin slot games count 10%)
    • 20% of wagers on Table Poker games and Casino War
    • 10% of wagers on Sic Bo, Red Dog, all Baccarat, all Roulette, all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), Wheel of Winners and Wheel of Riches
    • 2% of wagers on Classic Blackjack & All Video Pokers
    • Bonus and Loyalty wagering contributions for the games Craps and Vegas Craps are 0%.
    • 0% of wagers on all sporting events
    • Note: Sports wagers contribute 0% towards meeting the minimum play-through requirements of the Casino Offers and inversely Casino/Vegas/Live Casino wagers contribute 0% towards meeting the minimum play-through requirements of the Sports Offers.
  • These percentages count towards meeting the minimum play-through requirements.
  • Progressive games will contribute to the play-through requirement as per the game type. For example, Progressive Slots will contribute 100% to the play-through requirements.
  • If you claim any bonus of any nature, you may not revoke your claim to the same. If, however, the Casino credits you with a bonus, for which you have not specifically claimed, such bonus and relevant play-through requirements shall apply to such bonus unless you specifically opt- out of receiving such bonus by contacting Casino support prior to utilizing the Bonus.
  • An In-Play Offer is an add-on bonus that will be awarded in play, following the take up of a promotion. In-Play Offers form part of this promotion and carry the same wagering requirements as the promotion advertised on the promotions page. The duration of this offer is thus ongoing. In-Play Offers may be added to your account until such time as the customer service center is contacted and an opt-out is actioned as per your request. Any offers taken up or wagered prior to this opt out will result in play through wagering requirements.
  • Please note: In-Play Offers are only available once per Player and/or per environment.
  • Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular gaming for Bonus play-through requirements purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as the play-through requirements for that bonus have been met. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular play" for Bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any withdrawals where "irregular play" has occurred to meet Bonus play-through requirements.
  • All Casino offers and promotions are subject to ongoing review and the right to change the offers, promotions and applicable Rules is reserved to the Casino, in our sole and absolute discretion. The casino reserves the right to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse and internal risk policies at its own discretion and without prior notice.

  • The standard terms and conditions of the Casino apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Casino's standard terms and conditions, these Promotion specific terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another.
